As humans, we carry a lot  stress, pressure, emotions we don’t always have time to process. We push through, move on, and keep going… but the body keeps track.

That stress doesn’t just disappear  it gets stored. Over time, it can show up as tension, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself.

Through guided somatic breathwork, you begin to slow down and listen to what your body has been holding  creating space for it to release in a way that feels safe and supported.

From there, your nervous system can begin to regulate, allowing you to come back into your body, your breath, and a deeper sense of clarity and alignment.

Internally, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.
I didn’t even realize how far I had drifted—I was so used to pushing through.

Life felt like a constant go. Taking care of everything, being everything for everyone…
and underneath it, I felt stretched thin.

I was reacting more than I wanted to—in my relationships, in my day-to-day life, even with my kids—short-tempered, overwhelmed, constantly on edge.

At one point, I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I didn’t even recognize who I was.

At the same time, I started to notice how much the stress I was holding was showing up in my body.
Physical symptoms I couldn’t ignore anymore.

That was my wake-up call.

That’s when breathwork found me.

For the first time, I was able to release what I had been carrying…
and feel more clear, more connected, and more at ease in my body.

Not just mentally—but in my body.

I began to understand what I needed, how I wanted to live…
and instead of just knowing it, I could actually feel it.

This isn’t just something I learned—it’s something I’ve lived.

And now, I guide women through that same process—
helping them come back to themselves, feel safe in their body again, and reconnect with who they are.

You're guided step by step

You'll be led through your breath with music and gentle guidance throughout. No experience needed your body already knows how to begin.

Your body goes where it feels safe

Some people feel deep calm. Others feel emotion or release. You may notice physical sensations as your body lets go of stored stress. All of it is normal.

You can slow down, pause, or stop at any time. This is your experience. No pressure, no expectation just space for your body to reset in its own way.

This work is rooted in safety and regulation not forced intensity.

Your nervous system leads the way, and when your body feels safe enough, it begins to release what it’s been holding allowing real, lasting change to happen.
